TERMS OF SERVICE

Clear references are required to defer a design fee. References include, but are not limited to:
- multiple in-game screenshots of your character
- personal or commissioned art
- picrews
- photobashing
I do not accept art that does not belong to you or has not been approved for personal use by said artist.

For characters without a visual reference - design fees are 15% of the initial character per character without a visual reference. Unfortunately, Pinterest boards or collages are not a cohesive visual reference. To avoid this fee please refer to the list above!

Additional characters are 75% of the initial character.

Maximum of 4 characters in a piece.

Major revisions must be made during the sketch phase (poses, clothes, expressions, etc.) Anything that can't be altered with color counts as a major revision.

I allow up to four free revisions after the sketch phase; the cost of any additional revisions will vary based on complexity.

NSFW prices are 25% of the original piece. (does not include additional character price.)

Background and additional prop prices will be approved upon discussion and are based on detail and complexity.

Please bear in mind that I work a day job and it can take me anywhere from a week to a month to finish a piece after starting. If you have any deadlines to meet you will most likely be subject to an expedited fee of 15-20% (based on time and complexity.) Don't hesitate to ask for updates, I will happily provide, but please respect my time and be patient with me!

Payments are currently only accepted via Paypal. No cryptocurrency. All featured prices are in USD so please keep exchange rate in mind!

First half of payment is required upfront. I will send an invoice after the details have been confirmed. Sketch commissions will not be split and will be paid upfront in full.

Second half of payment will be invoiced after the sketch has been confirmed. I cannot proceed until all payments have been made!

If your commission has not been started I can issue a full refund. If there has been any progress you will be issued a partial refund based on how much has been completed. Unfortunately, commissions in the final stage cannot be refunded.

If you are being issued a refund please do not request a PayPal chargeback. I will send any funds back myself!

I reserve the right to decline or discontinue a commission- if discontinued for whatever reason you will be refunded in full.

Please do not post my non-commissioned works without permission or proper credit.

I own the artwork and I reserve the right to post it, use it in my portfolio, etc. If you would like for your commission to remain private please let me know and we can discuss.

Your commission is unique to you, it will not be sold to anyone else or used to make merchandise. I only retain copyright ownership over said commission.

You may repost your artwork with proper credit to me, the artist.

You are free to use your commission for personal use only. Wallpapers, icons, personal prints, etc., are allowed but please provide credit. Do NOT use for profit.
